Vinod Pareek 'Arsh’ had enjoyed an exciting career as an officer in Central Banking and has always been inclined towards using Sher-o-Shayari as a medium of expressing himself. With over 50 Gazals he hosts an interesting array of different emotions expressed in the most beautiful words possible.

His shayari is loved by the readers as the shayar create a Gazal keeping rooh (soul) with dil together. He believes that - “शायरी शायर के दिल से निकला वो कलाम है जो हर पढ़ने और सुनने वाले के दिल को छूता है। हर शख़्श को उसमें जिक्र किया गया अफ़साना अपना अफ़साना और बयां किये दिल के दर्द अपने दर्द लगते हैं। शायरी दिल को क़रार, रूह को सुकून अता फरमाती है। यह शायर तहे दिल से हर दौर के सभी शायरों को अपनी चन्द कोशिशों से सलाम पेश करता है और शुक्रिया अदा करता है।

        He feels that now a days people are not well conversant with classical Urdu and therefore, the shayar used only those Urdu words which were widely used in the Hindi cinema, for making his gazals easily understandable for the readers. Perhaps he succeeded in his aim.

       However, for any unknowing mistake, error or discrepancy the writer seeks excuse from the knowledgeable personalities in the field of sher-o-shayari.
